About this role

PostHog seeks a UX Engineer to join the Platform UX team, helping developers build better products through thoughtful interface design. You'll work on a product analytics platform used by 450,000+ organizations, collaborating with a small, autonomous team in a remote-first environment.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement user experiences for developer-focused features
  • Collaborate with the Platform UX team on interface improvements and new products
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
  • Bridge design and engineering to ship high-quality, usable interfaces
  • Contribute to PostHog's product vision across multiple tools and platforms
  • Participate in rapid iteration cycles with focus on shipping fast
