Platform Analytics Engineer
About this role
Join the Platform Analytics team to transform hardware and software telemetry into actionable insights for Everpure's FlashArray and FlashBlade products. You'll design analytics architecture, build data pipelines, and drive data-driven decisions that improve fleet health, reliability, and performance across the organization.
What you'll do
- Define, build, and evolve analytics architecture to capture and process hardware and software events at scale
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines that transform raw telemetry into analysis-ready datasets
- Apply data analysis and statistical techniques to improve platform performance and reliability
- Build dashboards, alerts, and data products enabling engineering and leadership to make informed decisions
- Lead data-driven projects from exploration through delivery, partnering with hardware and software teams
- Analyze complex systems data and recommend strategic decisions to hardware engineering leadership
