Software Engineer

About this role

Rho is seeking a full-stack Software Engineer to build financial infrastructure for startups. You'll own problems end-to-end, work across the entire tech stack, and collaborate directly with customers to ship impactful features in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What you'll do

• Own software projects from conception through production deployment
• Work across frontend and backend to solve problems wherever they arise
• Engage directly with customers through calls, support tickets, and user sessions
• Leverage AI tools daily to improve code quality and development velocity
• Ship quickly and iterate based on user feedback
• Proactively identify and fix production issues
