Robinhood seeks an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI R&D team in Bellevue, WA, focusing on developing scalable ML models for recommendations, ranking, and personalization in fintech. You'll conduct cutting-edge research, implement production-grade algorithms, and drive strategic initiatives that shape core products and customer experiences.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and implement transformer-based and foundational models to solve financial problems
• Develop scalable ML models for ranking, recommendation systems, and reinforcement learning applications
• Design and execute A/B tests to validate model performance and extract statistical insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and marketing teams to integrate models into products
• Build reusable ML libraries and maintain comprehensive documentation for team usage
• Mentor team members and guide complex projects from concept to production deployment
