About this role
SharkNinja seeks an Associate Product Developer for the skincare category to drive new product development from concept through mass production. You'll serve as the consumer advocate, owning assigned product categories' performance and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver 5-star skincare solutions while working onsite in Needham, MA.
What you'll do
- Lead new product development lifecycle from brainstorm through mass production for assigned skincare products
- Define and iterate product specifications based on consumer needs, market gaps, and available technologies
- Monitor assigned category sales performance and identify product opportunities to fill market gaps
- Conduct competitive product analyses and maintain competitive positioning for Shark skincare
- Partner cross-functionally across the organization to progress deliverables and drive business results
- Serve as primary consumer advocate ensuring continued portfolio growth and profitability
