Software Engineer Intern

About this role

SK Hynix Memory Solution seeks a software engineering intern in San Jose to work on AI infrastructure deployment and enterprise security solutions. You'll gain hands-on experience with GPU clusters, cryptography, certificate management, and security best practices while supporting senior engineers on critical infrastructure projects.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy on-premises AI infrastructure including GPU clusters and model serving platforms
• Develop and debug software tools using C++, JavaScript, Python, and other programming languages
• Design and implement storage test tools with APIs and libraries
• Manage RSA/ECC keys and X.509 digital certificates throughout their lifecycle
• Research emerging cryptographic standards and security best practices
• Use AI-assisted IDEs like Cursor for iterative software development
