About this role

SpaceX seeks a Global Operations Engineer for Starlink to drive process improvements and operational excellence across customer experience, logistics, and supply chain functions. You'll identify bottlenecks, develop scalable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Starlink's growth and profitability.

What you'll do

  • Apply lean and process improvement methodologies to optimize operations across customer experience, logistics, accounting, and supply chain
  • Identify root causes of operational and engineering issues, then develop both immediate and long-term solutions
  • Build and maintain data analysis tools to track customer experience and internal operational metrics
  • Coordinate feedback loops and project execution across design, engineering, software, sales, and customer service teams
  • Support new product and feature rollouts through design reviews, beta testing, and documentation
  • Manage projects to aggressive timelines while communicating progress and influencing stakeholders
