AI Agent Engineer

About this role

Tessera Labs seeks an AI Agent Engineer to design and deploy multi-agent systems that automate enterprise workflows across platforms like SAP and Salesforce. You'll develop LLM-driven agentic pipelines, fine-tune models, and manage AI infrastructure in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you'll do

• Build complex multi-step agentic pipelines using open-source and closed-source LLMs
• Create tools enabling AI agents to interact with enterprise software platforms
• Develop data generation and processing pipelines for model training and fine-tuning
• Implement training and evaluation pipelines for large language models
• Deploy and manage AI inference endpoints on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ensure AI designs align with business objectives and industry best practices
