Mechanical Engineer, Fluidics/Perfusion

About this role

Until is developing organ preservation technology through reversible cryopreservation, enabling organs to be stored at subzero temperatures without ice damage and then rewarmed for transplant. This mechanical engineer role focuses on designing fluidics and perfusion systems as part of an interdisciplinary team working toward organ and eventually whole-body preservation.

What you'll do

• Design and develop perfusion systems for organ preservation
• Collaborate on fluidics architecture and component integration
• Support vitrification and rewarming hardware development
• Work with cross-functional teams on cryopreservation solutions
• Contribute to system testing and optimization
