Spacecraft Systems Engineer
About this role
Voyager Technologies seeks a Spacecraft Systems Engineer to support the technical development, testing, and operation of lunar landers and space systems. You'll manage systems engineering across the full program lifecycle, provide technical guidance to subsystem teams, and serve as a liaison between engineering disciplines and external partners.
What you'll do
- Design and develop lunar lander and space-based systems from concept through operations
- Manage mission requirements, system configuration, technical budgets, fault management, and V&V planning throughout the program lifecycle
- Provide technical guidance and direction to systems and subsystem engineering teams
- Develop and formalize Interface Definition Documents, Interface Control Documents, and integration/operation plans
- Serve as primary technical contact between internal teams and external partners or payload organizations
- Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and lead presentations to communicate with multiple disciplines and stakeholders
