Wayve, an autonomous driving AI company, seeks a Customer Integration Engineer to provide hands-on technical support during vehicle development and validation. You'll bridge customer engineering teams and internal Wayve engineers, troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring seamless deployment of AI technology in vehicles.

What you'll do

  • Provide hands-on technical support to customers throughout development and validation phases
  • Act as liaison between customer vehicle teams and Wayve's internal engineering organization
  • Troubleshoot and independently resolve technical issues with Wayve's AI technology
  • Escalate complex or critical issues to appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Develop deep understanding of customer systems and APIs such as drive-by-wire interfaces
  • Identify root causes at system level, distinguishing vehicle-related from software-related issues

  • Hands-on experience with development vehicles
  • Diagnostic and calibration tools (e.g., CANape)
  • Terminal usage and basic programming ability
  • Vehicle communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet) and automotive architectures
  • Production automotive experience
  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication
  • Willingness to travel as needed
