About this role

Wyetech seeks a DevOps-focused Software Engineer II to develop and maintain complex software systems while taking operational ownership across the full lifecycle—from deployment and cloud infrastructure to production support. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience deploying, automating, and troubleshooting systems in production environments.

What you'll do

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems including analytics, algorithms, and real-time processing
  • Design and implement cloud-native deployments and DevOps automation across the software lifecycle
  • Review, test, and validate software components against design requirements and document results
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with on-call support responsibilities
  • Contribute to system design decisions including hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS evaluation
  • Support deployment automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
