Analytics Engineer II

About this role

Xometry seeks an Analytics Engineer II to architect and maintain production-grade data models that power the organization's reporting infrastructure. You'll bridge data engineering and analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into reliable, well-documented datasets that drive decision-making.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain semantic data models using dbt as the foundation for company-wide reporting
• Partner with data engineers to optimize data pipeline ingestion, warehouse reliability, and query performance
• Translate business requirements from analysts and stakeholders into technical specifications and implementations
• Establish and enforce code quality standards including version control, CI/CD patterns, and comprehensive testing protocols
• Build and maintain dashboards in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Create and maintain comprehensive data documentation to ensure organizational alignment on data definitions
