About this role

Zscaler seeks a Software Development Engineer to build full-stack productivity tools for their Zero Trust Exchange platform in San Jose. You'll develop engineering infrastructure, create technical documentation, and maintain systems while working in a fast-paced, AI-forward security company.

What you'll do

• Design and develop full-stack tools to enhance engineering productivity
• Create and optimize technical documentation and self-serve materials
• Maintain tools and provide engineering support
• Integrate AI technologies to improve internal developer workflows
• Collaborate across teams on infrastructure and CI/CD improvements
