About this role
Zuora seeks a Customer Solutions Engineer – Payments to serve as a payments expert during the sales cycle, helping enterprise customers modernize their payment strategies and architecting solutions that optimize payment performance across multiple providers and global markets.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery and architecture design sessions with enterprise customers on payment ecosystems, gateways, and authorization strategies
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to executive, business, and technical stakeholders tailored to their needs
- Advise customers on payment optimization, intelligent routing, tokenization, resilience, and global payment acceptance best practices
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and develop payment modernization opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Support RFPs, proof-of-concepts, and complex enterprise evaluations alongside internal teams
- Develop reusable solution assets, reference architectures, and technical enablement materials for organizational scaling
