About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-wide security tools and infrastructure supporting federal government missions. This role requires 8+ years managing threat detection, SIEM, vulnerability scanning, and defensive operations across classified and unclassified networks.
What you'll do
- Configure and operate cybersecurity tools across CorpsNet, SIPRNet, cloud, and DMZ environments
- Monitor resource utilization and maintain secure configurations with continuous performance tuning
- Deploy new security tools and manage backups for critical systems
- Develop security plans, integrate SIEM data, and maintain network architecture documentation
- Support the incident response lifecycle and defensive cyberspace operations infrastructure
