Software Engineer, Client Experience Frameworks
About this role
Addepar seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and maintain a framework-agnostic UI component library and design system used across the organization. You'll own the technical direction of the client experience platform, drive adoption company-wide, and build the foundational tools that enable thousands of product engineers to work efficiently.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain framework-agnostic UI components supporting multiple frontend technologies
- Drive design system adoption across product teams through integration support and migration guidance
- Enhance developer experience via build tooling, testing infrastructure, and documentation
- Write accessible, testable, and maintainable component code with architectural rigor
- Develop deep understanding of multiple frontend frameworks and their relationship to web standards
- Champion performance, accessibility, and web standards in all team deliverables
