About this role
Airbnb seeks a Software Engineer to design and maintain critical zero trust infrastructure and identity systems that enable secure access for employees and partners across the company. You'll work on highly reliable backend services and next-generation client platforms using modern cloud technologies, collaborating closely with security and product teams.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain scalable, secure systems supporting Airbnb's zero trust ecosystem
- Develop next-generation client platforms for corporate endpoints using open source products
- Design and evolve backend services for security, network paths, and device/user signaling
- Optimize endpoint infrastructure in collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers on the team
- Partner with security engineering teams on new feature design and platform evolution
