About this role
Alamar seeks a Field Service Engineer II to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of their ARGO proteomic analysis platform at customer sites throughout the Western US. Based in the Bay Area with remote flexibility, you'll deliver on-site and remote customer support while collaborating with engineering and R&D teams to drive product improvements and scale support operations.
What you'll do
- Install, maintain, and upgrade Alamar's ARGO platform at customer facilities
- Provide remote and on-site customer support primarily across Western US regions
- Create, review, and test technical documentation, manuals, and service bulletins
- Document customer requests and issues in CRM system with rapid response
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer-facing problems
- Gather and communicate Voice of Customer feedback to inform product development
