About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Camera Test Engineer to own test operations for infrared camera systems in a defense technology manufacturing environment. You'll develop test automation, troubleshoot complex systems, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate across teams to ensure stringent quality standards and continuous process improvement.
What you'll do
- Own production test flow and hands-on troubleshooting for infrared systems from component-level to system acceptance testing
- Develop and maintain test automation software, data analytics tools, and report generation systems
- Create test work instructions and train manufacturing technicians on equipment and procedures
- Perform root cause analysis on product failures and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze test data, document results, and provide detailed reports to identify defects and improvements
- Collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams on product returns, failure analysis, and design feedback
