About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer for their Electromagnetic Warfare team in Irvine, CA. You'll oversee production test operations, maintain test systems across the manufacturing value stream, and drive continuous improvement in automation and quality for cutting-edge defense hardware.
What you'll do
- Own and manage test activities in production, troubleshooting complex electrical issues and ensuring test flow efficiency
- Maintain test capabilities from system-level acceptance testing through component-level in-process validation
- Improve existing test systems to enhance automation, consistency, cycle time, and test coverage
- Create test work instructions and train technicians; develop failure mode libraries with troubleshooting guides
- Perform root cause and corrective action analysis (RCCA) on product failures and customer returns
- Analyze test data, generate reports, and collaborate with Design and Quality teams on product improvements and NPI support
