About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support imaging systems for military customers. You'll serve as a subject matter expert bridging engineering and operations, handling customer-facing technical challenges across hardware, software, and networking while developing training materials and operational documentation.
What you'll do
- Deploy and support Anduril imaging products with Department of War customers in operational environments
- Develop training manuals, technical documentation, and conduct pre-deployment site surveys
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues in field conditions and drive them to resolution
- Configure systems, manage hardware setup, and ensure integration with customer infrastructure
- Communicate field issue status and technical recommendations across internal and customer teams
- Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate operational/logistical planning for deployments
