About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer to lead the development of unmanned aerial systems and command-and-control integration, working across electrical, aerospace, and software domains. You'll design complex system architectures, oversee testing frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver autonomous flight platforms built on Lattice OS.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end system solution development by defining requirements and architecture with cross-functional teams
- Design and maintain system components meeting functional and performance requirements in distributed environments
- Conduct testing, debugging, and validation to ensure reliability and scalability of integrated systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers and product managers on seamless software-hardware integration
- Develop automated test scripts and frameworks using Python, MATLAB, or similar languages
- Support system integration, test execution, and sustainment across the product lifecycle
