Founding Technical Customer Success Engineer
About this role
Own the complete post-sale journey for enterprise security customers at an AI-native platform, from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You'll be hands-on with customer data and workflows, driving adoption of AI-driven security tools while building the company's first customer success playbook.
What you'll do
- Manage full post-sale lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, value realization, expansion, renewal) for enterprise security customers
- Execute structured onboarding with success plans, integrations, and time-to-value metrics from contract signature to live deployment
- Maintain customer health through recurring reviews of product engagement, outcomes, integration status, and AI adoption
- Deliver quarterly business reviews with quantified impact (cost savings, coverage gains, analyst time recovered) backed by usage data
- Triage technical issues live on calls (integrations, data gaps, product errors) and escalate to engineering with full context
- Drive AI-native workflow adoption across investigation, detection, and hunting; identify expansion signals and support renewal motions
What they're looking for
- Customer Success Management or Technical Account Management in cybersecurity/enterprise SaaS
- Deep understanding of AI/LLM tools and agentic workflows
- Security domain expertise (SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, identity, cloud security)
- Data analysis and metrics interpretation (dashboards, usage reporting, value narratives)
- Project management and multi-stakeholder account ownership
- Executive communication and business review writing
- SQL, APIs, or scripting for self-service troubleshooting (nice to have)
- SOC operations or incident response background (nice to have)
