About this role
Join Asana's AI Teammates Platform team to build the core execution engine and infrastructure powering autonomous AI agents embedded in enterprise workflows. You'll work on model evaluation, execution quality, tool orchestration, and platform APIs that enable AI-driven work automation across the organization.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain core systems for agentic execution, including model evaluation and deployment infrastructure
- Design and implement execution quality infrastructure and proactive detection systems for blocked work
- Develop tool orchestration systems and platform APIs enabling AI capabilities across Asana
- Collaborate with product, design, and legal teams to implement data ownership rules and customer-facing solutions
- Drive large-scale projects from conception through launch and post-launch optimization
- Support cross-functional stakeholders working within the platform space
