About this role

Bandwidth seeks a Product Support Engineer to investigate and resolve complex technical issues for voice, messaging, and emergency services customers. You'll bridge technical troubleshooting with product feedback, collaborating across teams to enhance customer experience and drive product improvements.

What you'll do

  • Investigate and resolve complex customer-reported technical issues, escalating to engineering when necessary
  • Reproduce, document, and analyze customer issues using logs and system data to identify root causes
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and internal teams to implement fixes and improvements
  • Communicate technical solutions and workarounds clearly to customers
  • Create internal documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
  • Participate in product testing, on-call rotation, and advocate for customer needs in product development
