What you'll do

  • Design and execute test cases for IVR systems and call flows
  • Validate voice recognition, DTMF input handling, and call routing functionality
  • Identify, document, and track defects in IVR platforms
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues
  • Perform regression and smoke testing across IVR releases
  • Develop test automation scripts for IVR scenarios
