ESM Developer I
About this role
Entry-level application development role supporting Clearway Energy Group's ServiceNow-based Enterprise Service Management platform. You'll configure ESM modules, develop automation workflows, assist with AI-enabled solutions, and integrate enterprise systems while building foundational skills under experienced guidance.
What you'll do
- Configure, develop, and maintain ESM platform components including forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Build automated workflows using Flow Designer and identify opportunities to automate manual processes
- Support AI-enabled solution development including prompt engineering, intelligent routing, and AI workflow testing
- Assist with integrations between ESM and enterprise applications using REST APIs and IntegrationHub
- Maintain CMDB data quality, normalization, and automated population processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and troubleshoot platform issues
