Clera
Founding Agentic Engineer
About this role

- Design and establish patterns for how all agents are built, measured, and continuously improved across the company
- Build self-healing workflows that detect failures, diagnose root causes, and recover autonomously in production
- Develop a context and knowledge base system that accelerates integration client onboarding
- Partner directly with founders on rapid experimentation and drive outcomes independently
- Contribute to team growth through hiring and mentoring as the engineering organization scales
What they're looking for
- TypeScript and production-ready code patterns
- PostgreSQL and relational database systems at scale
- LLMs, agent frameworks, and agentic architectures
- Evaluation-driven development and agent performance measurement
- Self-learning and self-healing system design
- End-to-end system ownership and technical leadership
- Rapid experimentation and iteration in early-stage environments
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication
