Join a Y Combinator-backed AI logistics startup as the first US technical hire, owning end-to-end customer deployments and technical success for enterprise clients. You'll bridge engineering and customer success, managing deployments from onboarding through ongoing support while operating autonomously in a fast-growth startup environment.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end technical deployments for US enterprise customers from onboarding to go-live
  • Serve as primary technical point of contact, managing customer stakeholder relationships and issue resolution
  • Provide hands-on post-deployment support to ensure customer success and product adoption
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to support field deployments
  • Navigate ambiguity and execute quickly with ownership mindset in a startup setting
