About this role
Join an early-stage AI recruitment startup as the first full-time frontend engineer, taking ownership of a consumer-facing platform connecting job seekers with startup opportunities. You'll work directly with the founding team to build and scale the product while establishing frontend standards and architecture for future hires.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain core frontend for a B2C job-matching platform
- Translate Figma designs into high-fidelity, performant user interfaces
- Define frontend architecture decisions and best practices as the team grows
- Collaborate with design and product teams on product evolution
- Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development velocity
- Own full frontend implementation lifecycle from design to production
