About this role

Join a fast-growing AI voice assistant startup as a founding product engineer with end-to-end ownership of features. You'll drive discovery, work closely with customers, and build across the full stack using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React in a remote-first, high-autonomy environment.

What you'll do

  • Own features end-to-end from discovery and prototyping through production deployment
  • Lead product discovery by forming and testing hypotheses with lightweight experiments
  • Maintain direct contact with customers and partners to identify and validate pain points
  • Design and implement product tracking and metrics to drive data-informed decisions
  • Build across the full stack and make architecture choices for implementation and release
  • Balance pragmatic solutions with long-term scalability and move initiatives forward independently
