About this role

Join an early-stage AI infrastructure company as a founding GTM Engineer to build and scale outbound sales pipelines for a reinforcement learning platform. You'll blend engineering expertise with revenue generation, owning the entire GTM motion from prospect targeting through deal closure while leveraging AI tools to multiply your impact.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end outbound pipeline including targeting, enrichment, outreach, and meeting booking
  • Build and maintain GTM workflows: email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom tooling
  • Use AI tools to automate scrapers, workflow automation, and create bespoke solutions
  • Develop and iterate messaging that resonates with ML engineers, AI researchers, and technical leaders
  • Research prospect businesses to understand pain points, workflows, and use cases
  • Track pipeline metrics and optimize conversion funnel performance
