Solutions Engineer
About this role
Codes Health is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own enterprise implementations of their medical records retrieval platform, serving as the primary technical contact for major law firms and healthcare organizations. You'll translate customer needs into working deployments, unblock technical challenges, and drive adoption across complex healthcare environments.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for major customers throughout implementation and rollout
- Integrate Codes' platform into customers' existing workflows and technical environments
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks preventing full organizational adoption
- Own the final 20% of enterprise implementations to drive contract expansion
- Coordinate across Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to unblock implementations
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts to influence retention and growth
