About this role

Cogent Security seeks a Forward Deployed Agent Engineer to design and deploy AI agents for cybersecurity in customer environments. You'll work end-to-end on implementations, integrate cutting-edge models at scale, and drive platform improvements based on real-world field insights.

What you'll do

  • Design and deploy security-focused AI agents that reason over large datasets and handle complex workflows
  • Lead technical delivery for customers from data ingestion through production deployment and feature extension
  • Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge text, voice, and multi-modal models into production systems
  • Work directly with customer security teams to adapt agents to their tools, processes, and data sources
  • Debug deep in the stack and investigate edge cases to ensure enterprise-grade reliability
  • Identify cross-customer trends and translate field insights into platform improvements
