About this role

DSA is hiring a ServiceNow Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform for a MilTech customer in a remote role. The position requires an active Secret clearance, 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, and expertise across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules with strong programming fundamentals.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for new features, capabilities, and system integrations
  • Configure, enhance, and maintain ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules following best practices
  • Develop automation and integration solutions across the ServiceNow platform
  • Support ongoing system improvements aligned with mission and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, mission-driven technical solutions
  • Support DevSecOps practices in software development, release, and maintenance
