About this role
Delta Solutions & Strategies is hiring a Journeyman Aerospace Engineer to support the U.S. Space Force Space Systems Command on space sensing missions at Los Angeles Air Force Base. The role encompasses systems engineering, mission integration, spacecraft and payload development, ground systems, testing, and launch support throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Execute systems engineering and mission integration tasks for space sensing programs
- Support space vehicle, payload, and ground system design and development activities
- Conduct test planning, execution, and mission-readiness assessments
- Develop technical work products and analytical documentation
- Coordinate with stakeholders and participate in reviews and working groups
- Support Government decision-making and acquisition activities
