About this role

Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks an aerospace engineering subject-matter expert to support the U.S. Space Force Space Systems Command on space sensing acquisition programs. You'll drive systems engineering and mission integration across the full lifecycle while advising senior government leadership on complex technical challenges.

What you'll do

  • Serve as technical authority and subject-matter expert for space sensing systems and mission integration
  • Lead systems engineering analyses, reviews, and technical assessments across acquisition lifecycle phases
  • Shape technical approaches and influence high-level decision products for government stakeholders
  • Advise Space Force leadership on space vehicle, payload, ground system, and launch readiness issues
  • Support test planning, mission integration, and mission-readiness activities
  • Resolve complex technical problems and provide recommendations to senior program management
