IT Support Engineer
About this role
EOS IT Solutions seeks an IT Support Engineer in Austin to support and maintain AV conferencing and network solutions for a global customer base. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting of control systems, audio DSP platforms, and enterprise collaboration technologies with a focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
What you'll do
- Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote VPN access
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and AV system faults in a timely manner
- Support and maintain AV control systems including Crestron, Extron, and Q-SYS platforms
- Configure and troubleshoot audio DSP platforms such as Biamp, Shure, and Q-SYS
- Monitor customer endpoint estates and maintain infrastructure reliability, backups, and security
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and deliver support aligned with SLAs
