About this role

Firecrawl seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with key customers, driving revenue through onboarding, demos, POCs, and account expansion. You'll be the trusted technical face of the platform, balancing customer-facing work (70%) with targeted building (30%) to make Firecrawl indispensable to enterprise clients.

What you'll do

  • Own customer onboarding from contract to production deployment
  • Run technical demos and build POCs that close deals
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and manage customer escalations
  • Build custom integrations and technical validations for prospects
  • Gather and communicate product intelligence from customer conversations
