Sales Engineer
About this role
Firecrawl is hiring a Sales Engineer to be the technical backbone of enterprise deals, bridging developers and the sales team. You'll own solution architecture, run POCs, answer hard technical questions, and drive deals forward by demonstrating how the web-data API solves customer problems at scale.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and solution architecture for enterprise prospects evaluating Firecrawl
- Execute product demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase real-world problem solving
- Answer deep technical questions and decide when to escalate to engineering
- Build technical proposals and POCs that convert prospects to customers
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights back to product and engineering teams
- Partner with sales team to close deals and meet revenue targets

- Developer product knowledge (ideally infrastructure or data tooling)
