About this role

A hybrid Data & Integration Ops Engineer role in St. Louis responsible for ensuring reliable, secure operation of data pipelines and integration workflows. You'll manage SLAs, monitor systems proactively, troubleshoot issues, and apply DataOps best practices across ELT pipelines, Azure Integration Services, and Snowflake platforms.

What you'll do

Oversee end-to-end operation of ELT data pipelines (Airflow DAGs) across dev, UAT, and production environments; monitor schedules and ensure SLA compliance
Monitor and troubleshoot Azure Integration Services workflows (Logic Apps, Event Hub, AKS jobs) connecting source systems like Salesforce FSC to downstream targets
Act as primary incident responder for data platform issues during business hours, diagnose failures in real-time, and lead root cause analysis
Administer Snowflake RBAC, access policies, and audit write-access permissions to maintain data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance
Support deployments of data models, dbt transformations, and pipeline code; conduct code reviews and enforce CI/CD deployment gates using GitHub Actions
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to detect anomalies; optimize pipeline performance and drive continuous platform improvements
