Product Quality Assurance Engineer

About this role

Wizards of the Coast seeks a Product Quality Assurance Engineer in Renton, WA to oversee quality standards for printed cards, packaging, and game products. You'll develop QA procedures, conduct inspections, analyze manufacturing data, and collaborate across product engineering, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent product excellence.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols for manufacturing processes
• Conduct detailed inspections and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products
• Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Investigate customer complaints and product returns to implement corrective actions
• Supervise production processes to identify defects and propose risk mitigation solutions
• Train and mentor supply chain partners on quality control procedures and techniques
