About this role

K Group Companies seeks an AI Automation Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation solutions for both internal operations and client engagements. You'll build production-grade systems using n8n, Python, and LLM integrations while supporting the company's AI adoption and consulting practice.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and optimize AI automation workflows using n8n, Python, and APIs (ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, SharePoint)
  • Lead client delivery engagements from discovery through implementation and optimization
  • Develop multi-stage AI classification pipelines, compliance automation, and monitoring tools with configurable LLM providers
  • Create reusable delivery frameworks, templates, and documentation to scale consulting engagements
  • Support internal AI adoption by building training materials and playbooks for non-technical teams
  • Track AI adoption metrics and contribute to responsible AI governance frameworks
