About this role
LangChain seeks a Deployed Engineer to partner with enterprise customers building production AI agents. You'll co-architect agent systems, own technical evaluations and POCs, and provide post-deployment guidance while traveling to customer sites up to 40% of the time.
What you'll do
- Co-architect and build production AI agent systems with customer engineering teams
- Lead technical evaluations and POCs, answering deep architectural questions during pre-sales
- Deploy and operate agent-based applications including conversational, research, and multi-step workflow agents
- Advise customers on architecture decisions, best practices, and platform roadmap alignment post-sale
- Create and deliver technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and develop reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code for scaling across customers
