About this role
Locus Robotics seeks an Onsite Support Engineer to manage and optimize their autonomous robotic fleet at a Las Vegas customer site. You'll handle troubleshooting, performance monitoring, operational analysis, and serve as the primary liaison between customer operations and internal teams to ensure peak system performance.
What you'll do
- Monitor robotic fleet health, activity, and task execution to maximize uptime and operational stability
- Perform hands-on robot troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance to sustain system performance
- Optimize workflows to meet throughput targets and operational KPIs
- Conduct onsite testing and performance analysis to support product development
- Analyze operational data (throughput, utilization, efficiency metrics) to generate actionable insights
- Act as liaison between customer operations and internal teams to communicate issues and opportunities
