About this role
Locus Robotics seeks an Onsite Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical owner of an autonomous robotic fleet at a customer warehouse in Southaven, MS. You'll combine hands-on troubleshooting, operational optimization, and customer partnership to maximize robot uptime and performance while collecting data to drive continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Monitor fleet health, robot activity, and task execution to maintain uptime and operational performance
- Troubleshoot and repair robots onsite as needed to resolve issues and maintain system stability
- Optimize workflows and manage operational KPIs to achieve throughput targets
- Conduct testing, validation, and performance analysis to support product development
- Compile and analyze operational data (throughput, UPH, utilization) to generate actionable insights
- Serve as liaison between customer operations and internal teams on issues, priorities, and opportunities
