About this role
Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise customers integrating Nash's AI platform into complex logistics and fulfillment systems. Own POCs, technical validation, and hands-on testing of new AI capabilities while building reusable tooling and mentoring the growing GTM team.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery sessions with customer engineering, IT, and operations teams to understand architecture, data flows, and integration constraints
- Design solution architecture mapping Nash connections to OMS, WMS, TMS, and other enterprise systems with defined endpoints, payloads, and failure handling
- Build and configure realistic POCs, sandboxes, and technical demos with working integrations against success criteria
- Address technical validation questions around architecture, security, scalability, and reliability throughout the sales cycle
- Test and evaluate new AI models, agents, and APIs as they ship; build prototypes and identify failure modes in realistic workflows
- Debug integrations by inspecting payloads, logs, and authentication errors; collaborate with engineering to resolve issues
What they're looking for
- Solutions engineering or technical GTM with 4-6 years customer-facing experience
- Hands-on AI/ML: prompt design, agent building, evaluation frameworks, failure mode testing
- API integration and debugging (REST, webhooks, authentication, JSON payloads)
- System architecture and data flow across OMS, WMS, TMS, POS platforms
- Scripting and lightweight tool development without engineering support
- Technical discovery and requirements gathering across stakeholder groups
- Enterprise software and complex multi-channel, multi-region environments
- Clear technical communication to engineers, IT leaders, and executives
