About this role
PingWind seeks an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to support a major federal government client, embedding security throughout the development lifecycle. You'll design secure CI/CD pipelines, automate security controls, and collaborate across development and operations teams to deliver resilient solutions.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines integrated throughout the software development lifecycle
- Automate security tools, controls, and testing within DevOps workflows
- Support containerized and cloud-native deployments with secure practices
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Manage source code repositories, version control, and automated build/deployment processes
- Collaborate with developers, security engineers, and architects to remediate security risks
