About this role

Lead EHR implementation projects for long-term and post-acute care practice groups, serving as the primary liaison between clients and delivery teams. Configure systems, conduct business discovery, deliver training, and drive adoption while ensuring data quality and security throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Lead business discovery sessions and translate technical requirements into system configurations for LTPAC environments
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs including needs assessments, train-the-trainer sessions, and change management coaching
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues, validate implementation plans, and manage stakeholder communication across projects
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security compliance for customer databases
  • Monitor adoption metrics and recommend improvements to optimize customer outcomes and system efficiency
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to facilitate meetings, presentations, and on-site implementation support
